Establishing work discipline and facilitating effective interactions among students, faculty, and staff across various departments of the faculty. 2. Communicating all resolutions, regulations, and guidelines issued by the university president to department heads. 3. Overseeing the proper implementation of directives issued by the university president. 4. Coordinating the academic, research, administrative, financial, and cultural affairs within the faculty. 5. Monitoring the performance of faculty members in their educational, research, and cultural duties. 6. Proposing the faculty’s annual budget. 7. Conducting an annual assessment of the faculty's performance and reporting to the university president. 8. Reviewing the qualifications of department deputies and providing recommendations regarding their appointments. |
